Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products. The product must be unused and returned with original packaging and invoice.

Non-returnable

Customized or used products, or products damaged due to misuse.

Refunds

After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
